Brandon Lee’s journey from dedicated athlete to top fitness trainer and health advocate is truly inspiring. His story resonates with many individuals navigating health challenges while managing busy careers.

Brandon excelled in sports such as football and track and field during his athletic career. After college, he began his training career at Bally Total Fitness, quickly becoming the top-selling trainer in the U.S.

However, as Brandon transitioned into a successful career in real estate and finance, he began to neglect his health, resulting in significant weight gain and various health issues, including high blood pressure and low thyroid function. At his heaviest, Brandon reached 300 pounds.

Recognizing the need for a change, Brandon took a step back to prioritize his health. Through focused nutrition and exercise, he lost an impressive 100 pounds. He adopted a holistic approach to wellness, incorporating diet, exercise, and supplements, which helped him lower his blood pressure and restore his metabolism. As a lifelong student, Brandon became certified through NASM as a personal trainer, nutrition advisor, senior fitness expert, bodybuilding and physique coach, and corrective exercise specialist.

Today, Brandon is passionate about guiding others on their health journeys, particularly business owners and entrepreneurs who struggle to find a balance between work and wellness. He has regained his athleticism, participating in 5k races and winning multiple 1st place awards in men’s physique competitions across the nation.

Leveraging his business acumen and an MBA in international business and finance, Brandon has built his own multi layered fitness agency, which includes:
